Management System of Foshan Nanhai Campus


The Foshan Nanhai Campus adopts a combination of local management and extended management.

1. Daily service and support tasks such as campus overall management, teaching and international affairs management, public area maintenance, public housing management, meeting room management, logistics support, daily management of classrooms and property management are primarily handled through local management, under the guidance of the functional departments of the university.

2. Tasks such as student affiars, teaching management, financial management, library management, fire safety, security, traffic management, network information construction, the Communist Youth League, the campus clinic are primarily handled through extended management.

3. Tasks such as discipline inspection and supervision, primary-level Party building, cadre selection and appointment, publicity and united front work, human resource, development and planning, scientific research, international exchanges and cooperation, admissions, state-owned assets, auditing, infrastructure, social services and labor unions are managed by the university’s functional departments (or mass organizations), with coordination from the Foshan Campus Management Committee.

 

Currently, Foshan Nanhai Campus has one Management Committee (with a comprehensive management office, a teaching and international affairs management office and a service and support office), responsible for the comprehensive coordination and service support. In addition, Student Affairs Department of the Party Committee, the Admission Office and the Finance Department, among others, extend their functions to perform their respective duties on the campus, guiding the colleges (departments) of the campus to implement corresponding work.
