From May 22 to 24, 2025, the 11th Conference on Sino-foreign Cooperative Education, themed "AI Empowerment and Integration of Science and Education: Innovative Development of Sino-foreign Cooperative Education in the Digital Age", was held in Qingdao under the guidance of the Ministry of Education's Department of International Cooperation and Exchange. Around 450 representatives from over 160 institutions attended the conference, which covered topics such as digital transformation, technological innovation, and talent cultivation. At a sub-forum on May 23, Professor Wu Jianli Director of Cross-border Education Quality Assurance Research Center, SCNU delivered a presentation on the transformation of talent cultivation models in the intelligent era. Prof. Zeng Bingqing Dean of Aberdeen Institute delivered a presentation at another Sub-forum to shared the innovative practices and educational achievements of the Joint Institute in digital transformation, including digital technology-enabled teaching, digital teaching platforms, and intelligent management service platforms.
