From November 29 to December 1, the International Symposium on Cross-border Education High-level Development and Quality Assurance was held at Foshan Campus of South China Normal University (SCNU). The symposium was hosted by the Research Centre of Cross-border Education Quality Assurance of SCNU, jointly organized by the International Business College and Aberdeen Institute of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence of SCNU, and supported by the Asia Pacific Higher Education Research Partnership, the Office of International Exchange & Cooperation of SCNU and the Foshan Campus Management Committee. Fang Jun (Chairman of the CEAIE Sino-foreign Cooperative Education Committee), Professor Ka Ho Mok (Provost and Vice President of Hang Seng University of Hong Kong), Professor Zhao Yanzhi (President of Shenyang University), Professor Gary Miron of Western Michigan University, USA, Professor Steven Tucker (Dean of Quality Assurance and Enhancement at University of Aberdeen, UK) and Associate Professor David Mills of University of Oxford, UK and other experts and scholars at home and abroad and college representatives attended the Symposium. The opening ceremony was presided over by Zhao Lingzhi (Director of Foshan Campus Management Committee).
